A Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 103, de 12 de novembro de 2019, conhecida como Reforma da Previd\u00eancia, determinou a cria\u00e7\u00e3o do Regime de Previd\u00eancia Complementar (RPC) dos estados e munic\u00edpios.<\/p>

A institui\u00e7\u00e3o do Regime de Previd\u00eancia Complementar deve ser feita por todos os Entes Federativos que possuam Regime Pr\u00f3prio de Previd\u00eancia Social (RPPS), at\u00e9 novembro de 2021.<\/p>

Para isso, a Prefeitura de Itapevi, atrav\u00e9s do Decreto n\u2070 5.649, de 20 de Julho de 2021, criou o GRUPO DE TRABALHO INTERINTITUCIONAL \u2013 GTI, para conjuga\u00e7\u00e3o de esfor\u00e7os e coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre os integrantes, com vistas ao desenvolvimento de estudos, troca de experi\u00eancias e informa\u00e7\u00f5es visando \u00e0 colabora\u00e7\u00e3o na institui\u00e7\u00e3o do Regime de Previd\u00eancia Complementar no Munic\u00edpio de Itapevi.<\/p>

Caso a exig\u00eancia fosse descumprida, o munic\u00edpio de Itapevi n\u00e3o renovaria o Certificado de Regularidade Previdenci\u00e1ria, que o impede de receber recursos volunt\u00e1rios da Uni\u00e3o, contrair empr\u00e9stimos, fazer conv\u00eanios, prejudicando o funcionamento do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>

Portanto foi aprovada por unanimidade na C\u00e2mara Municipal de Itapevi o projeto de Lei Complementar N\u00ba 145, de 28 de Setembro de 2021.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>

Tendo como vencedora para gerir os recursos do Regime de Previd\u00eancia Complementar dos servidores p\u00fablicos de Itapevi a empresa PREVCOM<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
